The Elections Office is under the direction of the Delta County Clerk and is located within the Clerk and Recorder’s Office at the Delta County Courthouse.

Sign up to receive emails, phone calls, or text messages on the status of your ballot. The BallotTrax system tracks the status of your ballot and sends a series of alerts notifying you where your ballot is in the election process, from sending to count!

2026 Municipal Election
Ballot Verifier and Election Results
The Ballot Verifier tool offers a user-friendly interface that allows anyone to view and verify cast ballots dating back to the 2024 Presidential Primary Election. Members of the public can access election data directly without needing to submit a formal public records request. This new feature along with the Historical Election Results allows for greater transparency to the election process and ensures that Delta County's elections are open to verification.
