- Select the Quitline program that works best for you. Choose between Phone + Online, Phone Only, or Online Only.
- Develop a quit plan. We will help you develop an individual quit plan that is right for you. Your quit plan will include details such as the date you commit to quit, who you’ll tell, and a list of tobacco triggers and how you will overcome them.
- If you decide to use quit medications, we’ll help you select and order them. A quit medication can double or triple your chances of quitting for good. We offer nicotine patches, gums, and lozenges, among other options.
