Below is a list of forms for Land Use Applications within the Unincorporated areas of Delta County. If you need assistance with any of the forms, please contact the Planning Department. 

Access and Address Application (Fee: $150; $75 for Access, $75 for each Address)

Appeals Application (Fee of $250)

Conditional Use Permit (Fee of $500)

Limited Use Permit (Fee of $150/without notice, $250/with notice)

Rezone Application (Fee of $250)

Right-of-Way (ROW) Use Permit (Fees depend on utility work being performed and are determined by County Engineering)

Subdivision Application (Boundary Line Adjustments, Minor Plats (2-lots), Preliminary Plats (3+ lots) and Replats) (Fees vary depending on process being applied for)

Vacation Application (Fee of $250)

Variance Application ($250 per variance being applied for)
